The system cannot log you on due to the following error: The RPC server is unavailable

I was unable to trying logon to one of the Win2K3 server and was throwing below error.

“The system cannot log you on due to the following error: The RPC server is unavailable”

Solution:

Connect to the problem server from another server through Computer Management

And then restart "TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper" service and "Remote Registry" service.
