Tweak Windows Explorer to open in a directory of your choosing

Create a new short cut in the desktop and type beloow text in the "Type the location of item" coloum.

c:\windows\EXPLORER.EXE /n, /e, X:\Folder of your choosing

"Folder of your choosing " means the path of the folder you wish to open with Windows explorer when you click on the shortcut.
